Park Cedar Apartments is a luxury affordable rental community in Madison, WI at the corner of Park and Cedar Streets. Rent a brand new 1- or 2-bedroom apartment!

Our residents enjoy luxury community amenities - outdoor roof terrace with places to play or put your feet up, fitness center with adjoining children’s area, community and youth rooms, indoor/outdoor surface parking, trash chutes, and more. Homes feature stainless appliance packages, sink sprayers, full-size laundry, large closets, storage, and well-thought-out living spaces. You will love our location in the heart of Madison, just two minutes from Goodman Swimming Pool, Lake Wingra, and The Arboretum.

1- and 2-Bedroom Homes range in price depending on unit style and location.
Some homes have income restrictions. Income levels may not be more than:
